Imprint Shadow is available here in 14pt and it is UK type height.

To give you an idea of the quantity of letters in the fount we have indicated it as 5A.

“Imprint holds a special place in the Monotype typeface library. It was the first typeface designed specifically for mechanical composition. Commissioned by E Jackson, E Johnson, J Mason and G Meynell for a new periodical, entitled The Imprint, which they were planning. Described later as “a modified old style with a Caslon old face motif”. The more archaic features of Caslon were dropped, the weight was increased but certain old face characteristics were retained. The magazine for which Imprint had been commissioned was short lived but the typeface became popular and widely used for book setting. Imprint was also to influence many later book face designs.”

The team prints letterpress commissions for private clients and small businesses, facilitates workshops both on and off site, and produces a range of popular greetings cards and stationery for retail. A gallery is situated to the front of the studio which showcases work by both printmakers and their workshop attendees.
